service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To display your advertisements on our platform.
- To process payments and manage your account.
- To communicate with you about your ads and account.
- To improve our services and user experience.
- To prevent fraud and ensure platform safety.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:
- When required by law or legal process.
- With payment processors (Razorpay) to complete transactions.
- Contact information you voluntarily include in your public ads (visible to all users).
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication
(Google OAuth), and protected databases (MongoDB Atlas) to safeguard your data.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (login sessions). We do not use tracking or advertising

- You must be 18 years or older to use this platform.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your ad content.
- Adult (18+) content must be clearly marked and is subject to admin review.
- We reserve the right to remove any ad that violates our guidelines without notice.
- We are not responsible for transactions between users resulting from ads posted on our platform.

8. Refund Policy

All payments made on MyDigitalAdda.com are final and non-refundable. Once an ad is
posted and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes
but is not limited to:
- Change of mind after posting an ad.
- Accidental purchases or duplicate payments.
- Ad removal due to policy violations.
- Technical issues on the user's end.
- Expiry of ad duration before the user sees results.
By making a payment on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund
policy. Please review your ad details carefully before completing payment.
9. Ad Duration & Expiry
Ads are displayed for the duration selected at the time of purchase (1 day, 3 days, or 7 days). Once the
duration expires, the ad will be automatically removed from public view. Expired ads cannot be extended
— a new ad must be purchased.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last
updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
